For Project Manager and Lead, direct personal interviews.

For Others, our recruitment process is a 4 step activity lasting about 4 hours. These include:
1. A technical aptitude written paper of 30 min duration including basic technical and general aptitude questions. This is an elimination round.
2. A programming test of duration 1 hour that includes a real world problem with intermediate level difficulty to be solved in C# or the language of your choice. A developer machine and necessary tools will be provided. This is also an elimination round.
3. A technical discussion lasting 30-45 minutes. This would be a purely technical discussion with regards to .Net, ASP.Net, Databases, Xml, emerging technologies and previous development experience and ability of the interviewee.
4. A personal discussion to get feedback, answer any questions, concerns you have with regards to any facet of the company.
Finally, by the end of the day, you shall be informed about your selection or otherwise, by telephone, or e-mail.

Requisites:

Proficiency in PHP/ ASP.NET is a must. For web developer, HTML/CSS knowledge and hands on experience is necessary. Hands on experience to work with MS SQL Server or MySQL and T-SQL as a language is essential. Freshers need not apply.

Hands on knowledge of Design Patterns, XML, UML, NUnit, testing methodologies and development frameworks are recommended. Should have good inter-personal skills and must be a team player.
